American sporting legend
Ted Nugent—the Motor City Madman, guitar hero, TV show host and outspoken, right-wing champion—headlines the Reading Sport, Travel & Outdoor Show, Thursday through Sunday, January 15 through 18.

The show, located at the Greater Reading Expo Center in Reading, Pa., features fishing, hunting and outdoor sports.

Originally known as the Fort Washington Show in Fort Washington, Pa., the Reading Show has become known as the place for sportsmen to check out traveling opportunities with charters, guides and lodges for fishing and hunting.

But a lot more is showcased.

Nugent, host of the show Spirit of the Wild on the Outdoor Channel, will give seminars and sign his book Ted, White and Blue on Friday and Saturday.

Exhibits at the show will include fishing charters, guides, lodges, tackle and gear; hunting guides, lodges and equipment; outdoor clothes; boats, RV’s and other outdoor vehicles; and much more.

Seminars, in addition to Nugent’s, will include those on offshore fishing, Raritan Bay striped bass fishing, How to Fish New Waters, whitetail deer hunting, turkey hunting, coyote hunting and chainsaw carving.

Take advantage of a $1 discount on adult admission by donating canned goods or non-perishable foods on Sunday for the Berks County Hunters Fighting Hunger.

Parking is free.

Don’t miss this one!
