Fished Green Turtle Pond (on a boat) in Passaic County today from 9am-1, got nothing. Tried for trout, since they stocked 300 fish there first week on Nov. Saw lots of trout jumping out of the water but couldn't get one to bite. had 1 pickrel follow up, thats it. Once leavin i threw the boat into skunksville and as usual got nothing(expected). fished where the wanaque river comes into the lake. I shoulda just drove up to Barbour Pond in Paterson and fished for trout since i got 2 big rainbows last weekend. |
