From the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife:

An additional 495 large brown trout, averaging 17 inches, have been stocked as an extension of the Winter Trout Stocking Program. 

These large broodstock will provide additional angling opportunities as part of the year-round trout stocking program the NJDEP Division of Fish and Wildlife provides.

In addition, 8,600 brown trout, averaging 10 inches, were stocked in the Manasquan River as part of the Sea Run Brown Trout Program.
