To clarify previous information about the Striped Bass Bonus Program (SBBP), the deadline for new applications for 2015 is this Friday, December 4.

This includes individuals and party/charter boats. 

Applications postmarked after the deadline will not be issued permits for 2015. 

Applications for 2016 are currently not being accepted. 

The N.J. Marine Fisheries Council will make decisions early in 2016 regarding the future of the 2016 SBBP. 

All anglers must reapply to participate in the 2016 SBBP.
