Editor's note: The digest is usually published earlier in the year but was delayed because of some regulations that were yet to be finalized, according to the Division of Fish and Wildlife.

The 2017 Marine Digest is now available on the Division of Fish and Wildlife website in PDF format, and is being delivered to coastal bait and tackle shops.
