An email from the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife on Nov. 25:

The Division conducted brief in-person surveys on Wildlife Management Areas last year to collect information on users' activities, opinion of habitat management practices and other issues.

In addition to gathering information, the report provided five recommendations to help guide future management decisions.
