E-Lock

Fishing can feel
like 90 percent
preparation
and 10 percent
actual fishing.

Especially
when boating.

The list of
everything you
need to take is daunting itself.

If you can leave
the electronics
aboard for the next
trip, that can help.

DuraSafe’s E-Lock is built for that.

The E-Lock, the top lock in the photo, is made for bracket-mounted electronics, locking the electronics onto the bracket, deterring theft.

E-Lock fits most popular GPS units, fish-finders, chart plotters and VHF radios.

DuraSafe also makes the Swivel Mount Lock, the bottom lock in the photo, for electronics mounted on swivel mounts.

That lock fits mounts that the company RAM makes.

What’s more, DuraSafe, the maker of different types of locks, offers “codeable” locks to use one key, like your vehicle key, for every lock.

One key can be used to start your truck and unlock the boat’s electronics, trailer hitch, spare tire for the trailer, and so on.

The system that enables one key to be used is called the BOLT Series of locks.

That stands for Breakthrough One-Key Lock Technology.

These are the world's first codeable locks, the company says.

The E-Lock and the Swivel Mount Lock can be purchased separately or together, called the E-Lock/Swivel Combo, a keyed-alike set.

Either or both of the locks can also be purchased together with other locks from DuraSafe, like trailer locks and simple padlocks, so they’re keyed alike.

The locks can be programmed to match your vehicle key, and are compatible with more than 88% of light trucks and 70% of Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota and Nissan vehicles, the company says.

The locks can also be compatible with cutting down on fishing prep.
