Foruno
1st Watch Wireless Radar

It’s a wireless world.

Including your
radar now.

The Foruno 1st Watch Wireless Radar is the world’s first wireless radar, the company says.

The radar can be displayed on up to two of the following devices at once: an iPhone, an iPad or an iPad Mini.

That can be convenient for uses like keeping an eye on surroundings when you’re in the cockpit rigging tackle or in the cabin making a sandwich, instead of at the helm.

Wireless also makes installation a breeze, because the lightweight antenna simply needs to be mounted, and the power cord plugged in, and you’re done.

To operate the radar on the devices, touchscreen technology is used.

In other words, touch the screen with fingers to press buttons to operate it or to zoom in and out, and so on.

As usual with touchscreen, operating the radar through the screen is meant to be intuitive for ease.

With a range up to 24 nautical miles, the radar’s features include: the ability to choose between day and night modes on the screen, for increased visibility; the ability to make one touch to see a small pop-up giving the bearing and distance of something shown on the screen; and more.
